Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, legally able to agree to these terms and permitted to use the service where you live. You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your age. Age assurance does not guarantee another member’s identity or intentions.

Official identity or age verification may be offered as an optional trust feature. Unless CRUZD clearly says otherwise, a badge is not a background check, safety promise, health check, or endorsement.

Your account

You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access to your email and signed-in devices secure. CRUZD offers Google sign-in and passwordless email links. One-time links must not be shared. Tell support@cruzd.app if you believe somebody else has access.

You may not sell, transfer, automate, scrape, or share an account. One person should not create extra accounts to evade a block, suspension, feature limit, or moderation decision.

Consent and conduct

No means no. Stop means stop. Silence is not consent. A CRUZE, message, album grant, location signal, meetup, or prior interaction is never consent to sexual activity, continued contact, recording, or redistribution. Consent must be clear, specific, voluntary, and reversible. Harassment, threats, exploitation, stalking, trafficking, non-consensual imagery, and sexual content involving anyone under 18 are prohibited.

You are responsible for your conversations, decisions, sexual health, travel, and in-person meetings. CRUZD does not arrange, supervise, or become a party to any hookup, date, payment, agreement, or dispute between members.

Content and moderation

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give CRUZD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, resize, display, and moderate that content only as needed to operate, protect, and promote the service according to your visibility choices. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for lawful retention, protected backups, prior authorized use, and evidence needed for safety or enforcement.

You must have the right to upload everything you submit. Public profile images must stay non-explicit. Private media remains subject to moderation and access controls. Do not upload another person’s intimate image without clear permission.

Direct photo messaging stays available on CRUZD Free. Message photos may be compressed, stripped of metadata, held for review, blurred until tapped, and removed automatically after 30 days. A sender may unsend a photo during the five-minute window shown in Messages. Reporting may preserve the image and related records for safety review.

CRUZD is not a marketplace for sexual services. Do not buy, sell, advertise, recruit for, or arrange paid sexual activity. Prices, rates, payment terms, deposits, menus, third-party advertisements, trafficking, coercion, and coded commercial offers are prohibited. Payment apps may not be used to disguise an offer for sexual services.

CRUZE CALLS are temporary posts for telling nearby members what you want now. Keep exact addresses, room numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, and another person’s private information out of the wall. Posts may expire, be removed early, or be held for review. Replies go through private CRUZD messages rather than public comments.

CRUZD may automatically hold suspected commercial content, hide a profile from discovery, clear CRUZING Now, and send the matter to human review. We may preserve the content, report, account records, and moderation history when reasonably needed to investigate, enforce these terms, protect someone, or comply with law. An automated flag is not a final finding.

Public visibility and search engines

Profiles start private. If you deliberately make a limited profile public, you direct CRUZD to show that version to signed-out visitors and allow search engines to index it. Public never includes live distance, exact location, messages, CRUZES, blocks, reports, activity, or private albums.

Turning public visibility off removes the public version from CRUZD. Search engines, archives, and outside services control their own copies and may take time to update. CRUZD cannot promise instant removal from every outside result.

Membership and service limits

CRUZD Free is made to be used, not just sampled. Account access, CRUZES, everyday messaging, blocking, reporting, and the privacy and safety controls that matter stay free. Ads may help support it. If a browsing, distance, storage, or feature limit applies, we will show it before you hit it.

Every eligible member may read active CRUZE CALLS. Posting, scheduled posts, placement refreshes, and deeper filters may require Plus. Paying never removes safety rules or guarantees that a post will be approved, seen, answered, or placed first.

CRUZD Plus is the one optional paid membership planned for launch. It is $9.99 per month plus any applicable tax. No annual plan and no buried surprise. Plus renews monthly until you cancel, and you will see the price, renewal date, included features, and recurring charge before you pay.

You can cancel Plus yourself from Me. The next renewal stops, but the features you already paid for keep working through the rest of that billing month. After that, you go back to CRUZD Free. Your profile, messages, and account do not disappear.

We do not automatically split up or refund the unused days when you cancel partway through a month. If we charge you twice, charge you after a confirmed cancellation, or simply get the bill wrong, tell us. We will look at it promptly and refund a genuine billing error. Your legal and payment-provider rights still apply.

If a bank reverses a payment through a charge dispute, we may pause Plus and stop the next renewal while it is reviewed. We may send the payment provider the limited records needed to answer the claim. That can include the price and terms you accepted, the transaction, cancellation records, and relevant use of Plus. A payment fight never takes away your safety controls or deletes your account.

CRUZD is a beta. Features, limits, designs, and availability may change. We may fix, add, remove, or pause features without requiring you to download an update. We do not promise uninterrupted service, permanent storage, or that every feature will always be available.

Moderation and ending access

We may review reports and content, remove material, limit features, suspend access, or close accounts when reasonably needed to enforce these terms, protect members, investigate abuse, secure the service, or comply with law. Serious risk may require immediate action without advance notice.

You may hide, deactivate, or delete your account through available account controls or by contacting support. Some records may be kept for legal compliance, fraud prevention, payment records, security, or unresolved safety reports.

Safety and responsibility

CRUZD cannot verify every claim or guarantee that another member is safe, honest, compatible, or free of infection. Use judgment, protect identifying information, and report concerns.

To the extent allowed by law, the beta is provided as available and without warranties that it will be error-free or meet every expectation. CRUZD is not responsible for the independent conduct of members. Nothing here removes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited. Final dispute, governing-law, and commercial billing terms will be completed with counsel before paid membership opens.

A qualified attorney familiar with online platforms, privacy, sexual content, trafficking law, and paid memberships must review these policies before CRUZD begins active public promotion or opens paid membership.
