Beta terms. This page describes the rules and controls for the current CRUZD beta. Formal legal review will be completed before paid membership opens.
Who can see you
Signed-out visitors cannot browse the private member grid. Your profile starts hidden. You decide when members can see it and whether a limited version can appear publicly. Public pages never show your live location, distance, messages, private albums, or activity signals.
Location boundaries
Nearby results use approximate distance and a broad location. CRUZD does not display your exact coordinates or put a precise pin on you. Clear Location removes your saved nearby position. Do not put a home address, hotel room, workplace, or exact meeting spot in a public profile.
A map marker represents an approximate area. It should never be read as somebody’s door, room, car, or exact position.
CRUZE CALLS show only the broad area a member chooses to write. Do not include a street address, room number, phone number, email address, or somebody else’s personal information. Exchange exact meeting details privately only when you are comfortable.
Private media
Public grid photos must stay non-explicit. Private albums are shared with one member at a time, expire after 24 hours by default, and can be taken back immediately. Blocking ends active album access.
No technical control can stop every screenshot, second camera, or dishonest person. Share only what you can live with another person seeing. Never post or forward somebody else’s private photo without clear permission.
Message photos are private, stripped of embedded location details, checked before the other member can view them, and removed after 30 days. Sensitive photos stay covered until the recipient taps to reveal them. You can report the photo or block the sender directly from the message.
Meeting in person
Tell a friend where you are going when that feels right. Meet somewhere public first if you are unsure. Arrange your own ride. Keep your phone charged. Protect your drink and do not let pressure, substances, money, or a hot photo talk you out of your judgment.
Talk clearly about condoms, PrEP, testing, boundaries, and what is actually happening before sex. A profile tag or chat is not consent. Either person can change his mind at any point.
Hosting never means paid sex
On CRUZD, hosting means you have a private place where a consensual meetup could happen. It never means that sex, access, time, travel, or company is being sold. Buying, selling, recruiting for, advertising, or arranging sexual services is not allowed.
Use the commercial sexual activity report reason if somebody sends rates, a payment menu, a deposit request, a recruiter message, a third-party ad, or any offer that connects payment with sex. If coercion or trafficking may be involved, include that in the report so it can be prioritized.
PrEP and DoxyPEP online
Want to look into PrEP, DoxyPEP, testing, or sexual-health care without turning it into a whole production? These independent services offer online options in parts of the United States. Availability, eligibility, cost, prescriptions, and insurance vary. CRUZD does not provide medical care or receive payment for these links.
A clinician can help you decide what fits your health, medications, and sex life. DoxyPEP is not right for everyone, and it does not prevent every STI.
If something goes wrong
Hide removes a profile from your view. Block separates both members and ends album access. Report sends the concern for review. Clear Location removes your nearby position. These controls stay available without payment.
For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. CRUZD is not an emergency service and cannot respond in real time. Preserve messages or details that may help with a report, but do not put yourself at risk to collect evidence.
