Beta terms. This page describes the rules and controls for the current CRUZD beta. Formal legal review will be completed before paid membership opens.
Consent is active
No means no. Stop means stop. Silence, flirting, a CRUZE, a message, a photo share, a meetup, past sex, or being on a hookup site is not automatic consent. Consent must be clear, specific, freely given, and it can be taken back at any time.
Be honest about who you are and what you want. Respect changed minds, blocks, and expired photo access. Keep public photos non-explicit. Ask before sharing somebody’s personal details or moving his photos anywhere else.
Sex-positive does not mean anything goes
You can talk plainly about bodies, positions, kinks, HIV status, PrEP, condoms, and what gets you off. Do not pressure, shame, expose, threaten, fetishize, or humiliate someone. Preferences do not excuse racism, transphobia, ableism, body shaming, or cruelty.
Commercial sexual services, trafficking, exploitation, scams, blackmail, and requests involving illegal drugs or illegal activity do not belong here.
Do not post rates, prices, payment terms, deposits, service menus, recruiter messages, third-party ads, or coded offers for paid sex. Do not use Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, gifts, tips, or donations to disguise payment for sexual activity.
Do not
Do not threaten, harass, shame, discriminate, stalk, scam, impersonate, spam, or keep contacting someone who said no or blocked you. Do not pressure anyone for sex, money, photos, an address, health information, or proof of identity. Never record, repost, sell, or distribute private media without explicit permission.
CRUZE CALLS can be direct, but keep them useful. Do not post exact addresses, private contact details, repeated duplicates, another person’s information, illegal offers, drug sales, rates, payment requests, recruiter messages, or third-party ads. Take your post down when you are no longer available.
Zero-tolerance content
No minors. No pretending to be underage. No sexualized age ambiguity, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, trafficking, credible threats, or content that celebrates sexual violence. We may report suspected child exploitation or other legally reportable conduct to the proper authorities.
Enforcement
CRUZD may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or remove accounts. Serious behavior may lead to immediate removal. We may preserve or disclose records when the law requires it or when reasonably necessary to protect someone from serious harm.
Reporting, blocking, and basic safety controls are never paywalled. Reports are reviewed in context. A report is not an automatic finding, and abuse of the reporting system can also lead to action.
Suspected commercial sexual activity may be held before it appears, with the profile temporarily removed from discovery while a moderator reviews the context. Moderators can restore the member, keep restrictions in place, or suspend the account. Relevant reports and enforcement records may be preserved for safety, legal compliance, and appeals.
