What happens when billing changes?
Payment fails
We explain what happened, preserve Free access, and offer a retry. Safety tools keep working.
You cancel
The next renewal stops immediately. Plus stays active until the displayed renewal date, then returns to CRUZD Free. Your account is not deleted, and there is no automatic partial-month refund.
Something was charged incorrectly
Contact support@cruzd.app. Duplicate charges, charges made after a confirmed cancellation, and other billing errors will be reviewed promptly and refunded when appropriate.
You change plans
The price and effective date appear before confirmation. CRUZD never silently upgrades you.
You want a receipt
Receipts and billing history will remain available from Me after checkout opens.
