If a profile, photo, or message violates your rights or puts someone at risk, report it in CRUZD or email support@cruzd.app. You do not need a CRUZD account to ask us to review public content.

A person may be under 18
Report it immediately. Do not save, forward, repost, or send us the suspected image as an ordinary email attachment. Send the profile name, page address, message details, and a short explanation so the safety team can locate it without spreading the material.
CRUZD may remove access while reviewing the report, preserve information when legally required, close accounts, and report apparent child sexual exploitation to the appropriate authorities or clearinghouse.
Stolen photos and impersonation
Tell us which profile or public page is pretending to be you or using your photo. Include the page address, profile name, the image involved, and a safe way to contact you. We may ask for limited information to confirm that you are the person shown or authorized to act for him.
Intimate images shared without consent
CRUZD does not allow someone to post or redistribute another person’s intimate image without permission. Report the profile, conversation, or media directly when possible. You can also email support with enough information to locate the content. Do not send additional copies unless support specifically asks for a secure submission.
Copyright complaints
If your copyrighted work appears on CRUZD without permission, email support@cruzd.app. Identify the work, locate the CRUZD material precisely, provide your contact information, explain why the use is not authorized, and confirm that your report is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
A formal DMCA notice may require additional statements and a signature. CRUZD will publish designated-agent information after the required registration is complete. Knowingly false copyright claims can have legal consequences.
What happens after a report
We review the material and the surrounding account information needed to understand the report. Depending on the situation, CRUZD may restrict the content, remove it, warn or suspend a member, preserve records, ask for more information, or decline a request that does not identify a violation.
We will not promise a result before reviewing the facts. We also may not be able to share private details about another member or every moderation step we take.
